I am trying to use the Onion Skin settings in the animation palette and no matter if I have the Onion Skin button pushed in to enable or pushed out, the options remain ''greyed out'' in the dialog box. How can I get the Onion Skin options to become active?

Hi, been to 6 different how to sites and not been able to find out how to do 1 stage in the how to from any, this is the closest site yet, but still no answer. On the section
3. Add content to your animation layers of dance banner Place images you’d like to animate on separate layers which will be used as frames later. How is this done without Photoshop opening a new document for the additional image. I have tried for hours to find anything remotely like 'add image to frame' but nothing is there as far as I can see. I have 12 frames, the first frame will have image 1 and the remaining are blank, how do I fill them with the images required? Cheers

I just spent close to six hours trying to make a simple two-frame banner using either Flash, Fireworks or PhotoShop by reading numerous tutorials from Adobe. Guess what? I couldn't get it to work. I searched, found this site, and had it done in a matter of minutes. THANK YOU>

Hi Loreto!
1.Make sure you converted background layer, have both text and background color on different layers.
2. Make sure eye icon which indicates layer visibility is turned on.
3. Read carefully about creating first banner as I don't describe later the same steps detailed.

This is very good but I have a problem and I was wondering if you could help me. I have been trying to create an animated signature following these instructions, everything goes fine until I make frames from layer. When I do this, the layer containing the texts have not got the colour background I gave to them but, instead, they appear with a grey and white background, as its background was transparent.
Please please please do help me with this because I am getting frustated with this problem

Thank you!
