It's so easy to do the bare minimum. The sites that really stand out to me and others I know are the ones who consistently go above and beyond (Zappos, 1-800-Contacts, etc.) Thanks again. It has a conversion rate of less than 1%. I did some usability tests for him - comparing his sites against his competitors and his was by far the best; and i mean by a long way. I think that if people don't know your company they are less likely to buy from it. Not sure what you can do about that. I have a friend who has an ecom site.
